CORRIGENDUM
Pursuant to the orders of the
Hon’ble Supreme Court dated 26.3.2009 passed in I.A. No. 56 of 2008 in
Civil Appeal No. 1867 of 2006, titled Malik Mazhar Sultan and another
versus U.P. Public Service Commission and others, the Advertisement
Notice for the vacancies to the extent of 10 per cent of the number of
posts in the cadre of District Judges / Additional District Judges,
Presiding Officers, Fast Track Courts and Civil Judges (Senior
Division), to be filled in by promotion, as shown at (c) of Item Numbers
1, 2 and 3 of the Advertisement Notice dated 30/31.3.2009 be treated as
withdrawn.
