Born on 19.10.1930.
Enrolled Advocate of the
Allahabad High Court on 31.12.1959. Practised mainly on the Civil side in
Sales Tax matters and appeared in Writ Petitions. Practised in Jaunpur
from 1954 to 1959. From 1960 onwards practised in Allahabad Standing
Counsel for U.P. Government from 1969 to March 1977. Senior Standing
Counsel fro the U.P. State Electricity Board since 1970. Special
Council for Local Bodies like Ghaziabad Improvement Trust, U.P. Small
Industries Corporation and several Municipal Boards. Appointed Additional
permanent Judge in the Allahabad High Court on 30th July 1980. He was transferred
to the Himachal Pradesh High Court from 12.05.1988. Retired on 19.10.1992.
