Born on 15th March,1961, passed his B.Sc (Medical 1st Division), from Government College Shimla-171006, L.L.B, P.G.D.P.M. & L.W. from HP University Shimla, practiced as an advocate from Nov 1984 to Jan 2003 in H.P. High Court Shimla, and practiced in Constitutional, Civil, Criminal, Revenue, Consumer & Service matters. Co-Author, Commentary on H. P. Panchayti Raj Act. Remained unanimously elected Vice President of the H.P. High Court Bar association for two terms continuously. Remained on the panel of B.S.N.L., Also worked with H.R.T.C. on legal side. Employees Provident Fund Organization, United India Insurance Company H.P.Agro Industries Corporation, State Bank of India, Punjab National Bank & represented others Govt. Organizations. On his appointment as Addl. District and Sessions Judge on 10 Jan, 2003 remained posted as Officer on special duty in the H.P.High Court, ADJ (2) Kangra at Dharamshala, ADJ (1) Kangra at Dharamshala., D& SJ Kinnour at Rampur, President District Consumer Disputes Redressed Forum (under the Consumer Protection Act, 1986) for Kangra & Chamba Districts at Dharamshala, D&SJ Una and D&SJ Solan., w.e.f. 07-11-2008 to 11-11-2010 and D&SJ Mandi 12-11-2010 to 30-05-2011 and now as Registrar (Subordinate Judiciary & Judicial) High Court of H.P., w.e.f. 06-06-2011.

Born on 13.12.1959 at village Damorh, Tehsil Kumarsen, District Shimla H.P. Passed matriculation examination from D.A.V. School, Lakkar bazaar, Shimla in the year 1975. Passed B. Sc (Medical) from Govt. Degree College, Shimla in the year 1979, L.L.B from H.P. University, Shimla in the year 1982. Enrolled as an Advocate, District Bar Shimla in the month of September, 1982. Practiced civil and criminal cases at District Court Shimla. He has practiced upto January, 1984. After passing Himachal Judicial Service joined as Sub Judge-cum-JMIC at Palampur (Court No.2) on 1.2.1985 and served at Shimla Court No.3, Chopal, Karsog, Ghumarwin, Joginder Nagar. On promotion joined as CJM, Chamba on 27.06.2001 to 09.12.2002 and remained CJM Hamirpur and District Mandi. On promotion joined his Judicial Services as Additional District & Sessions Judge (Fast Track Court) Mandi on 23.12.2003. Thereafter, joined as Additional District & Sessions Judge Solan and remained as such at District Sirmour at Nahan. Became District & Sessions Judge and joined at Chamba on 29.06.2009.Now joined as District and Sessions Judge Bilaspur on 12.04.2010 to 5.10.2010 and thereafter joined as Registrar (Vigilance) w.e.f. 6.10.2011.
